Soumah of Yarra Valley is a boutique winery located in the Warramate foothills of Victoria’s Yarra Valley, about an hour from Melbourne. Founded by Brett Butcher, Soumah focuses on producing elegant cool-climate wines that combine the character of the Yarra Valley with inspiration from northern Italy. Alongside classic regional varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the winery has become known for championing Italian grapes like Nebbiolo, Brachetto, Savarro (Savagnin) and Pinot Grigio, crafting expressive, food-friendly wines that reflect both site and season.
