Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is received. Please contact info@purviscellars.com.au before sending anything back — returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If you’ve simply changed your mind or decide the wine/spirit isn’t to your taste, returns may be accepted at our discretion, but the repacking, shipping, and safe return of the alcohol is the customer’s responsibility and cost. Items must be returned unopened and in saleable condition.

If a wine is faulty, damaged in transit, or we’ve sent the wrong item, that’s on us — please contact us right away, and we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we’ll confirm the outcome and process any approved refund back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
