Soumah Single Vineyard Pinot Grigio

Due to the cooler climate in the Yarra Valley, it is one of the better locations in Australia to produce Grigio with the same zesty characters as from its origin. The fruit was harvested in the cool of the night to retain the perfumed aromatics. A cool tank fermentation and constant lees stirring creates an aromatic wine with taste and texture. After a short time on skins the result is a pale blush colour and texturally complex wine. Aromatics of ripe pear, quince and floral notes are supported by a fine natural acidity. The finish is long and fresh with expressive minerality.
