Located in the Coal River Valley in southern Tasmania, Pressing Matters is a small, family-owned winery known for its precise, cool-climate expressions. Founded by Greg Melick, the estate has become especially recognised for its outstanding Rieslings and refined Pinot Noir.

Under the guidance of winemaker Samantha Connew, the focus is on clarity, balance, and showcasing vineyard character.
