Yalumba Samuel's Collection Barossa Shiraz

This Barossa Shiraz is sourced from a mix of young (10–15 years) and old (35+ years) vines planted across varied soils, including red-brown earths, sandy loams, and dark clays, giving the wine its layered complexity. Matured for 10 months in French and Hungarian hogsheads (10% new), the wine is initially soft and inviting, with plum, chocolate, and cinnamon notes. Over time, it reveals a generous, encompassing character, unfolding dark fruit, hazelnut, toffee, clove, and subtle floral aromas.
