Wild Duck Creek White Duck

Crafted from a blend of Roussanne, Marsanne, Viognier and Grenache Blanc, White Duck is a vibrant, textural white that brings both charm and complexity to the glass. Fermented in French Foedres and smaller oak barrels, it captures the distinctive personalities of all varieties — earthiness, freshness and natural acidity, generous stone fruits and a supple, rounded palate.

Pale yellow in hue, the wine opens with aromas of white peach, apricot and fresh-cut flowers, layered with a subtle lift of caramel and toast. The palate is richly flavoured yet beautifully balanced, showing peach and apricot alongside hints of butter and spice from malolactic fermentation. Silky in texture with lively acidity and impressive length, this is a generous, expressive white that lingers with elegance.
