Crafted from a blend of older and younger Shiraz grown in Heathcote, this méthode traditionnelle sparkler spends time on lees to build texture and depth, before disgorgement and dosage with a touch of vintage fortified wine.

The result is a deeply hued, opulent sparkling with aromas of blackberry compote, dark cherry, spice and subtle chocolate.
