Wild Duck Creek Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful and meticulously crafted expression of Cabernet Sauvignon, showcasing the intensity and structure that define great wines from Heathcote.

Produced from estate-grown fruit, every detail in the vineyard is carefully managed, from hard cane pruning and shoot thinning to precise yield control, ensuring only the finest fruit reaches the winery. The grapes are gently hand plunged in small open fermenters before being basket pressed into 100% new French oak barriques, where the wine matures for up to 27 months depending on the vintage.

Deep and commanding, the wine reveals layers of ripe blackcurrant, blackberry and plum, complemented by dark chocolate, cedar, subtle spice and a refreshing hint of mint. The palate is rich and concentrated, yet beautifully balanced, with fine acidity and firm, polished tannins providing structure and longevity.
