Villota Selvanevada Tinto Rioja DOCa

A blend of 75% Tempranillo, 19% Graciano, 3% Garnacha and 3% Mazuelo, this wine brings together classic Rioja varieties in perfect harmony. Fermented over 12 days with a combination of pump-overs and delestage, followed by a carefully controlled maceration to refine structure and depth. Seven months of ageing in 225-litre French oak barrels adds gentle layers of spice and savoury detail, while a portion held in tank preserves the wine’s fresh, vibrant fruit.

Its striking colour hints at the lively palate to come — a burst of pure, juicy red fruit balanced by supple structure and a nod to the traditional wines of Rioja’s villages. Brimming with energy and life, the palate shows bright, fleshy fruit framed by subtle spice, earthy truffle notes and a whisper of wild undergrowth.
