Veuve Ambal Vin Mousseux Blanc de Blancs

Made entirely of Chardonnay grapes. Fine lacy white mousse on a pale straw base with a pale gold edge and a fine persistent bead. Lifted aromas of ripe red apples mingle with pear, subtle honey, baked bread, and quince notes. The palate is quite full, with a round creamy like feel, and it serves up fruity baked apple and pear flavours, as well as some quince, over a toasty back drop. Aftertaste of baked apple, pear, quince, subtle dried honey, and toasty yeast lees.
