Ventisquero Vertice Carmenere Syrah

A vibrant 50/50 blend of Carmenere and Syrah, this wine shines deep red with violet highlights. The nose is expressive, revealing layers of blackberry, black pepper, damp earth, native forest, and a subtle graphite edge. On the palate, silky tannins and a firm structure frame rich black fruit and spice, balanced by medium-high acidity for freshness and length.

Versatile at the table, it pairs beautifully with boldly flavoured dishes—from Indian, Thai, Mexican, and Spanish cuisines to semi-ripe cheeses and robust meats like wild boar and venison.
