Tomfoolery Burla Negra Tempranillo

Crafted with old-world simplicity in a new-world setting, Tomfoolery wines begin with hand-picked fruit from select vineyards. Fermented in small open fermenters and hand-pumped twice daily, the process maximizes oxygenation and purity. Once dry, the wine is gently basket-pressed to avoid harsh tannins.

Matured for 12 months in seasoned French oak barriques, it shows characteristic cherry aromas with hints of dried herbs. On the palate, bright red cherry fruit bursts forth, lifted by a herby oak nuance, while fine acidity and rich texture are supported by grainy tannins. A seafarin’ wine with depth, balance and playful structure.
