Sourced from a premium vineyard in Ebenezer’s northern sub-region, tended by fifth-generation grower Adrian Hoffmann, the vines thrive in sandy loam over heavy red clay soils that balance water availability, producing exceptional fruit.

Big and bold, the wine bursts with plum pudding, liquorice and caraway seed, layered over rich bramble jam. Full-bodied and sumptuous, it delivers ripe plummy fruit and smoky bacon notes, with fresh acidity and firm, meaty tannins tightening the finish. A rich, structured Shiraz with depth and personality.
