Sourced from two lower-slope plots in the esteemed Volnay Santenots vineyard, this wine embodies both structure and finesse. Crafted from 100% destemmed Pinot Noir, it undergoes a 12 to 18-day fermentation with gentle pump-overs and punch-downs tailored to the vintage.

Aged for 15 months in French oak (20% new), followed by a short rest in tank before bottling, the result is a Pinot Noir of remarkable depth and purity. The palate is rich with fleshy black fruits, underpinned by a bold structure that promises graceful evolution with time in bottle. Elegant yet powerful—a true Volnay built to reward cellaring.
