Thalia Sparkling Brut NV

Thalia Sparkling Brut NV is a fresh and vibrant Tasmanian sparkling wine, blending 65% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay and 2% Pinot Meunier, with fruit sourced from the Tasman Peninsula and East Coast. Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, the wine is cool-fermented in stainless steel, with reserve wines adding richness and complexity. A generous 36 months on lees builds a fine, textural mouthfeel while preserving its lively fruit character.

Crisp and precise, it offers crunchy red apple, fresh strawberries and bright lemon, supported by refreshing acidity and a clean, balanced finish. Fruit-driven and effortlessly approachable, it makes an excellent aperitif and pairs beautifully with fried whiting, lemon tartare and rosemary-salted potatoes.
