Tahbilk Riesling

Tahbilk are one of Australia's historically significant, grand old winemaking estates. Founded in 1860 and labelled as Chateau Tahbilk until recent years, it is the home of seriously old, white varietal vineyards. Riesling is a style that Tahbilk do extremely well. Pale yellow hues. Varietal aromas of lemon, lime, floral notes, chalkiness and hints of talc. The palate delivers soft citrus flavours of orange kernel and lemon curd, lively lime, minerality and chalk with fresh and lingering, lime acid finish.
