Stefano Lubiana Estate Chardonnay

Sourced exclusively from a single biodynamic vineyard in Tasmania’s Derwent Valley, this Chardonnay reflects the unique combination of two distinct terroirs—grey gravelly loam over clay and red loam over gravel.

The nose is bright and inviting with aromas of Meyer lemon, nectarine and orange blossom. Rich notes of honey nougat and crème brûlée provide an opulent first impression, giving way to a vibrant core of lemon balm, ripe citrus and peach. The palate is creamy and beautifully rounded, delivering depth and texture while retaining finesse and freshness. A true expression of place and purity.
