Sorrenberg Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

A textured, barrel-fermented white blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon and 5% Sauvignon Gris. The Sauvignon Blanc portion enjoys 4 hours of gentle skin contact before pressing, while the Semillon is pressed immediately after harvest to retain its natural brightness. Fermented entirely in large French oak barrels using wild, natural yeasts, the wine completes both natural malolactic and extended lees ageing, building the signature mid-palate depth the style is known for.

Aromas of citrus and ripe stone fruits lead the nose, layered with a subtle herbal lift. The palate is long and poised — vibrant acidity balanced by a silky, rounded texture, finishing clean, defined and beautifully persistent.
