Shaw & Smith M3 Chardonnay Magnum 1.5L

Shaw & Smith M3 Chardonnay is sourced from the cool, elevated vineyards of Lenswood, Piccadilly, and Lobethal, grown on loam over clay and quartz, with additional fruit from trusted growers. Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, the grapes were gently fermented in French oak barrels for nine months, completing both primary and malolactic fermentation before blending in stainless steel prior to bottling. Fresh and precise, it displays bright nectarine and lemon pith notes, with a textured, powerful palate and fine acidity, showcasing the trademark intensity and purity of M3 fruit.
