Shadowfax Macedon Ranges Pinot Noir

Matured in French oak. Deep dark red with black tinged edges and a bright purple red hue. Aromas of ripe cherry lined with hints of violets intermingle with wild strawberry, forest floor, fresh herb. The palate is light, yet savoury with characters of freshly crushed cherry and strawberry fruits which are underscored infusions of fresh herbs and spice. Bright finish with solid underlying tannins providing structure.
