Seville Estate Old Vine Reserve Shiraz

Seville Estate Old Vine Reserve Shiraz is a flagship single-block Shiraz sourced exclusively from the estate’s original 1972 plantings in the Yarra Valley. Produced only in outstanding vintages, the Reserve range represents the finest fruit from the estate, showcasing remarkable concentration, character and sense of place.

Hand-harvested with meticulous bunch selection in the vineyard, the fruit underwent wild fermentation with 30% whole bunch inclusion, enhancing aromatic complexity and structure. The wine was matured in seasoned 500L French oak puncheons before being bottled unfined and unfiltered, preserving purity and texture.

The nose is intensely aromatic, revealing bright red berries, red plum and Christmas cherry layered with lifted notes of white pepper, nutmeg and gentle allspice. The palate is vibrant and deeply concentrated, flowing with juicy red fruit while retaining freshness, energy and precision.
