Frère Cadet is crafted with the same meticulous care and old-world sensibility as the Estate Chardonnay — unrushed, precise and guided by nature. The only distinction is its origin: fruit from a talented group of vignerons a few kilometres from Savaterre, on distinct Beechworth terroir.

This release shows exceptional finesse and definition. Lifted aromas of lime blossom and gardenia mingle with white nectarine, grapefruit, grilled nuts, praline, brioche and subtle spice — cinnamon, cardamom and a touch of flint.

The palate is pure delight: mouthfilling, mineral and beautifully structured, with impressive length and precision. A fine line of acidity frames the flavours, while a gentle, satisfying grip closes the finish. It’s a wine that instantly makes you crave the next sip.
