Red Claw Chardonnay 750ml

Hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed in small batches, the juice was left to settle overnight before fermenting in 500L French oak puncheons with natural yeasts and no malolactic fermentation. Aged on lees and estate bottled, this Chardonnay shows meticulous care at every stage.

Bright, intense pale straw in colour, the nose offers pure, lifted aromas of citrus and stone fruit, complemented by subtle spicy French oak. The palate is tightly focused, beautifully balanced, and finishes long and complex, reflecting both precision and elegance.
