The Eden is crafted from a single two-hectare vineyard at the heart of Eden Valley. Planted in 1972, these old vines anchor themselves in some of the thinnest, most unforgiving soils on the Poonawatta property. This lean landscape naturally reins in yields, concentrating flavours and ensuring a pure, vivid expression of place.

Only free run juice is used to make The Eden Riesling — preserving the pristine character of the variety and capturing the site’s essence in its most honest form. A true reflection of Eden Valley’s elegance and timeless Riesling pedigree.
