The Mill Hill vineyard lies 270m above sea level, and is the highest and one of the more exposed sites in the region. This ensures a long ripening period which creates high levels of natural acidity which persist through to the wine.
Thr vineyards are managed without using herbicides or insecticides. Biological, organic, biodynamic and good cultural practices are used maximise quality and longevity of the vineyard sites .
An open and expressive Chardonnay with lifted lemon curd and spice on the nose. The palate shows yellow peaches, rich creaminess and crisp acidity known to the Mill Hill vineyard site. A well-balanced Chardonnay, with a beautiful length and floral finish.
