About This Wine:

Harvested in the cool of the early morning, the fruit was gently crushed and pressed before settling and fermentation in a selection of French oak. Partial malolactic fermentation and lees stirring followed, building texture and complexity while maintaining freshness and balance.

The wine opens with inviting aromas of apple, grapefruit and peach, layered with subtle toasted oak. The palate is well balanced, with bright fruit acidity working harmoniously alongside gentle oak influence to create a creamy, textural mouthfeel. Elegant and composed, it finishes with satisfying length and a refined, polished character.
