Pico Maccario Barolo DOCG

Crafted from meticulously handpicked Nebbiolo grapes, this Barolo undergoes delicate crushing and de-stemming, followed by traditional vinification and a gentle 13–15 day maceration with soft cap wetting. The wine matures for 18 months in large 25–35hl Slavonian oak barrels, then rests a further 12 months in bottle before release.

Brilliant ruby red with garnet hues, it offers a complex, intense bouquet of lavender, violet, and sour cherry. The palate is refined and harmonious, with remarkable balance, depth, and persistence—an elegant expression of Barolo with outstanding ageing potential.
