Piazzo Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Aiman

Piazzo Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Aiman is a vibrant and approachable expression of 100% Nebbiolo sourced from hillside vineyards around San Rocco Seno d’Elvio near Alba and Guarene in the Roero zone.

Harvested from mid-September, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation and maceration in stainless steel before maturing for 6–8 months in large oak casks. A short period of bottle ageing follows, preserving the wine’s freshness while adding subtle complexity and polish.

Bright ruby red with delicate garnet reflections, the nose is fresh and expressive, showing lifted red berry fruit, floral nuance and gentle spice. The palate is lively and elegant, with Nebbiolo’s signature freshness and fine tannin framed in a softer, more approachable style. Subtle savoury notes and bright acidity carry through to a smooth, persistent finish.

Refined yet easy to enjoy, this is a beautifully drinkable Langhe Nebbiolo that captures the aromatic charm and finesse of Piedmont. Best served slightly below room temperature to highlight its freshness and energy.
