Ossa Chardonnay (Black Label)

A blend of Chardonnay clones I10V1 and P58, gently pressed to large-format seasoned French oak for indigenous fermentation. The wine spent 10 months on lees in barrel with minimal intervention before bottling.

It embodies purity and finesse. Subtle struck-match notes and flinty minerality weave through delicate oak spice, lemon curd and hints of nashi pear. At its core sits ripe stone fruit, framed by a pristine line of acidity that brings both richness and tension to the palate. Precise, layered and beautifully poised.
