Nocturne Sheoak Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Sourced from the Sheoak Vineyard, this beautifully poised Cabernet Sauvignon captures both depth and finesse. Fermented on skins for 14 days before maturation in a mix of new (25%) and seasoned French oak for 16 months, only the finest barrels were selected for the final blend.

Darkly coloured yet strikingly ethereal, the wine reveals layered dark fruit, cassis and warm spice aromatics. Medium-bodied and silkily structured, it flows with precision and elegance, offering immediate appeal while promising impressive evolution over the next 5–8 years. A refined and expressive Cabernet that balances power with effortless grace.

"Cabernet off the Sheaok Vineyard, and it’s a beauty (although it comes in a way-too-heavy bottle about 1.5kg when full). No complaints about the flavour profile of blackberry essence and cassis, cedary oak spices and toasted nori, black olive tapenade and menthol. It’s fuller bodied with a ping of lively acidity, and the tannins are lovely – ripe yet with a cocoa-powder texture.
