This 2018 Premium Heathcote Shiraz 2018 is a concentrated yet elegant Shiraz crafted from a selection of just eight exceptional barrels, showcasing the depth and character for which Heathcote is renowned.

Matured for 14 months in a combination of new and one-year-old French oak barriques, the wine balances power with refinement, allowing the fruit and oak to integrate seamlessly.

The bouquet reveals inviting aromas of blackberry, freshly roasted coffee and subtle oak spice. On the palate, rich layers of dark berries and dark chocolate are supported by fine, balanced tannins, creating a full-bodied yet polished structure. The finish is long and persistent, with lingering notes of ripe fruit, cocoa and spice.
