Established in 1998, this acclaimed South Gippsland winery was founded with a clear vision: to craft site-driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay of exceptional quality.

Situated around 120 kilometres east of the Mornington Peninsula, the region shares a strong ambition—and growing reputation—for producing some of Australia’s finest expressions of these varieties.

Set within the verdant Tarwin River Valley, the 19-hectare vineyard is north-facing, dry-grown, and planted at high density. Perched between 165 and 195 metres above sea level, the site is defined by deep, volcanic red loam soils that contribute both structure and character to the wines.

This Chardonnay captures the essence of Gippsland with richness, texture, and balance. It delivers a full and generous palate layered with juicy stone fruits and toasty cashew notes, all lifted by a subtle flinty tension typical of the region.

The bouquet is gently buttery and appealing, with hints of vanilla custard, ripe white peach, and a delicate touch of ginger spice. On the palate, creamy fruit flavours are met with lively acidity and a fine mineral thread, finishing long and refined.
