Established in 1998, this acclaimed South Gippsland winery was founded with a clear vision: to craft site-driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay of exceptional quality.

Situated around 120 kilometres east of the Mornington Peninsula, the region shares a strong ambition—and growing reputation—for producing some of Australia’s finest expressions of these varieties.

Set within the verdant Tarwin River Valley, the 19-hectare vineyard is north-facing, dry-grown, and planted at high density. Perched between 165 and 195 metres above sea level, the site is defined by deep, volcanic red loam soils that contribute both structure and character to the wines.

From the estate’s finest parcel, this single-vineyard Gippsland Pinot Noir is both powerful and refined, marrying intensity with remarkable elegance. Aromatically lifted, it reveals a darker fruit spectrum layered with savoury herbal nuances and a distinctive pastoral, gamey complexity.

The palate follows with precision and poise, echoing the nose while introducing a subtle graphite-like minerality. Seamlessly balanced, it carries through to an exquisite, lingering finish defined by purity, structure, and quiet confidence.
