About The Wine2017 ABV 13.5% Australia Chardonnay Victoria Yarra Valley
Hand-picked with a mixture of whole bunch pressing and pressing of destemmed and crushed fruit. The juice was lightly racked to oak barrels for fermentation. At the end of fermentation, the wine was aged on yeast lees for 9 months in 30% new French barrels. Final result of yellow peach with lemon curd and oat biscuit on the nose. The palate is flowing and subtle with a beautiful balance and soft pheonlics. Warm brown spice round out the palate with a little hint of tangerine brulee.
