Batch ferments of selected parcels of fruit are naturally fermented with minimal intervention, followed by extended skin contact before pressing and maturing in French oak.
The resulting wine delivers aromas of lifted red fruits, violets and a hint of woodland characters. The palate shows cherries and red fruits that are complimented by a textured palate balanced by fine tannins and hints of French oak.
