Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Chardonnay

Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Chardonnay is a finely structured Chardonnay that reflects both precision winemaking and the richness of Margaret River fruit. Hand-picked grapes were carefully sorted and whole-bunch pressed before clarification and fermentation with selected yeast strains. Fermentation began in stainless steel under controlled temperatures before the wine was transferred mid-ferment into French oak barriques, where both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation were completed. With 47% new oak and nine months of maturation in barrel, the wine achieves impressive texture and depth while retaining freshness and balance.
