Produced at Dromana Estate on the Mornington Peninsula from estate-grown fruit, this example is crafted in a bright, expressive style.

Highly perfumed, it shows lifted aromas of rose petal, lychee, musk and Turkish Delight. The palate is lively and well-defined, with a fine line of acidity bringing balance and energy, leading to a long, juicy and poised finish. A vibrant and refreshing wine, well suited to aromatic dishes such as Thai red duck curry. Vegan friendly.
