Monte Ronca Valpolicella Superiore

Monte Ronca Valpolicella Superiore is a vibrant and elegant expression of Valpolicella, offering freshness, purity and effortless drinkability while staying true to the character of the region.

A blend led by Corvina, with smaller portions of Corvinone, Rondinella and Teroldego, the fruit is sourced from hillside vineyards of limestone and clay at elevations of up to 450 metres. The grapes are hand-picked, fermented primarily in stainless steel to preserve freshness and varietal character, then matured in bottle for 12 months before release.

The bouquet is bright and fragrant, displaying aromas of sour cherry, wild raspberry and red plum, layered with dried herbs, subtle spice and delicate floral notes. The palate is light to medium-bodied, combining juicy red fruit with vibrant acidity and fine, silky tannins that create a wonderfully smooth, approachable style.

Fresh, lively and beautifully balanced, the wine finishes with lingering red fruit and savoury herbal notes. Reminiscent of a fine Beaujolais in its energy and elegance, this is a versatile Italian red that pairs effortlessly with pasta, pizza, charcuterie and grilled meats.
