Medici Ermete ‘Quercioli’ Lambrusco Dolce is a vibrant, sweet sparkling red wine made from organically farmed estate vines just outside Reggio Emilia, in the heart of Italy’s Emilia-Romagna. A 50/50 blend of Salamino and Marani, it offers the perfect balance of Salamino’s deep aromatics and structure with Marani’s lively acidity and freshness.

Crafted from low-yielding vines for enhanced concentration, this Lambrusco is best enjoyed young—serve well chilled (8–9°C) to fully appreciate its joyful, fruit-forward character.
