Medici Ermete Lambrusco Salamino DOC is crafted exclusively from 100% Lambrusco Salamino grapes, grown in the heart of Reggio Emilia. Made in the traditional style, fermentation takes place in stainless steel and is halted early to preserve freshness and fruit purity.

Brilliant ruby red in colour, it bursts with aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and cherries, showing pristine fruit definition and lovely persistence. The palate is dry yet juicy, with a playful balance of acidity, gentle tannins, and bright red fruit, finishing lively and harmonious.

A natural match for antipasti, aged cheeses, grilled meats, and stuffed roasts, this classic Lambrusco is best served at 14°C in a broad, low glass to let its charm fully unfold.
