Timo's Syrah, sourced from a small segment of the Bloody Hill vineyard, is a masterpiece. Employing 100% whole bunch fermentation, he achieves vibrant, stalky aromatics that define his wines. This 1999-planted Syrah is intensely flavorful, offering a harmonious blend of texture, tannin, and fresh acidity.
