Majella The Composer Cabernet Sauvignon

The Composer is a beautifully structured, medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon from Coonawarra, capturing the region’s hallmark balance of elegance and intensity. Crafted for immediate enjoyment while offering short-term cellaring potential, it delivers vibrant fruit expression, refined tannins and an effortlessly smooth finish.

Each parcel of fruit was fermented in stainless steel for five days before being transferred to a combination of French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks to complete fermentation. The wine was then matured for six months in oak, adding subtle complexity while preserving freshness.

Deep magenta with a bright crimson hue, the wine shows aromatic notes of eucalyptus, cassis and red berries. The palate is bright and expressive, with cassis and red berry flavours supported by silky tannins and well-integrated oak, finishing smooth and balanced.
