The harvest date is meticulously chosen based on the desired acidity levels crucial for crafting the wine's distinct character. The inherent acidity of the must ensures the wine's stability, a testament to the integrity of exclusively hand-harvested grapes.

Following harvest, the wine embarks on a maturation journey spanning 8 to 12 months, alternating between French oak demi-muids (600-liter barrels) and stainless-steel tanks. Maturation in stainless-steel tanks, resting on its fine lees, imparts structural complexity and depth.

To preserve its invigorating freshness, the wine undergoes early bottling. In the glass, it reveals a resplendent golden-yellow hue, accompanied by delicate aromas of vine blossom and lily. On the palate, a harmonious balance prevails, with refreshing notes of candied citrus dancing gracefully upon the senses.

A harmonious blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Clairette, and Roussanne, "La Bernardine" embodies the essence of its terroir with finesse and vibrancy.
