Aromas of violets, crushed raspberry and wild strawberry float above a core of silky red fruit, subtle spice, and stony minerality. The palate is light on its feet yet quietly structured, with fine tannins and a cool, savoury thread that carries through to a poised, lingering finish. A beautifully pure Gamay, full of energy, elegance and a deep sense of place.
