About This Wine:

Bacchant (bacchant) 1. A worshipper of the Roman wine deity Bacchus. 2. A partygoer intoxicated.

This reserve Chardonnay was hand pruned and hand harvested, then whole bunch pressed into fresh and two-year-old French barriques and let to ferment with wild yeast.

The wine has a refined fragrance and a rich taste with notes of white peach, citrous, and biscuit cream. Until 2029, drink now.
