About This Wine:

Hand-harvested, crushed, and gently pressed to tank, this Chardonnay was naturally fermented in a mix of new and seasoned French oak, then aged undisturbed on lees for 11 months before a short stint in stainless steel. The final blend sees around 30% new oak, with a touch of natural malolactic adding softness.

Beechworth’s hallmark decomposed granite delivers structure and drive without losing freshness. Expect stone fruit, lemon curd, almond, and a whisper of spice, flowing through to a long, textured finish. Simply delicious.
