About This Wine:

Kitajima Strawberry Yuzushu is a vibrant, fruit-driven Japanese liqueur made by Kitajima Brewery in Shiga, combining local sake with fragrant Beni Hoppe strawberries from Shizuoka and fresh yuzu juice.

The aroma bursts with ripe strawberry jam and lemon meringue, while the palate moves from creamy berry sweetness into juicy tropical notes of guava and watermelon. Bright citrus acidity lifts the finish, keeping the liqueur fresh and wonderfully refreshing.
