Sourced from the esteemed Mort's Block vineyard in Watervale, Clare Valley, this exceptional wine is crafted only in select years, utilising a unique cane-cutting technique to naturally concentrate residual sugars. This method is reserved for particularly special years when the ripening season is cooler and extended, allowing for greater control and ensuring the highest quality. Once the grapes reach the desired concentration and flavor complexity, they are meticulously handpicked, with any lesser fruit discarded on the vine.
