Kate Hill Huon Valley Sparkling Brut

Crafted in the traditional method, this Sparkling Brut is made from select Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown in our cool-climate Huonville vineyards. The low-yielding vintage delivered ideal conditions for a slow, gentle ripening, resulting in fruit of remarkable finesse and purity.

After two years resting on yeast lees, the wine shows lifted aromas of fresh citrus and delicate brioche. On the palate, it is crisp, creamy and beautifully balanced, with a soft, refreshing finish that makes it a perfect aperitif or celebratory pour.
