Juniper Estate Small Batch Cabernet Sauvignon is a finely structured expression of Margaret River Cabernet, crafted from hand-picked fruit and fermented on skins for 10–14 days to build depth and intensity. The wine is matured for 15 months in French oak barriques, including 20% new oak, delivering a careful balance of fruit purity and structural refinement.

The nose is deeply expressive and concentrated, showing ripe blueberry, black cherry and plum layered with wild herb complexity. On the palate, it is powerful and commanding, driven by richly structured tannins and concentrated flavours of cassis, dark cherry and dark chocolate. The fruit remains vibrant and focused throughout, carried by a long, firm finish that speaks to both quality fruit sourcing and precise winemaking.
